The impact of Covid-19 restrictions, the holidays, and weather have caused delays in shipping and receipt of orders.
SHIPPING METHODS
NOTE: FedEx does not deliver to Post Office Boxes.Unless you select otherwise at the time of placing your order, FedEx Ground Delivery will typically be used for all shipments to all destinations within the 48 continental states of the U.S.A. FedEx Ground Delivery is considered by us to be our "Standard" shipping method for all shipments to destinations within the continental U.S.A. However, if you place a phone order with us and do not specify a particular shipping method, at our discretion, we will ship your package by either FedEx Ground, or, for no additional cost, USPS Priority Mail – whichever method we deem to be most suitable.
Please note that customers are 100% responsible for providing us correct and deliverable shipping addresses. Refunds will not be issued for any refused or abandoned packages by the intended recipient (addressee), nor for undeliverable orders due to an address error (incorrect shipping address provided by the customer).
FedEx Ground Delivery – Estimated Transit-time Map
In many areas of the United States the US Postal Service (“USPS”) does not deliver packages or does not deliver them correctly. If your delivery address is in one of those areas and you need your package delivered via FedEx Ground please select the FedEx shipping method during the checkout process.IMPORTANT: You must also tell us to “use FedEx Ground delivery” in the comment box near the end of the ordering process, otherwise, the USPS shipping method will typically be used for all shipments to all destinations within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC.
US Postal Service (“USPS”) Priority Mail: Transit time is from 1 to 3 days – depending on your distance from us.
Due to the rise in shipping costs, we no longer offer free shipping for Alaska and Hawaii.
If the delivery destination is in Alaska or Hawaii, "Standard Shipping" is defined by us to be the U.S. Postal Service.Supreme Fulvic, LLC is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages after they have been delivered.

Rates, Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Due to the rise in shipping costs, we no longer offer free shipping for international orders.
Shipping rates vary based on total weight and final delivery destination. The recipient of an international shipment from Supreme Fulvic, LLC may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the customer's shipping destination. Supreme Fulvic, LLC's shipping charges to international destinations do not include any importation fees – such as customs brokerage fees, import duties, or taxes – associated with the delivery of any products ordered from Supreme Fulvic, LLC. The customer is solely responsible for payment of any and all such importation fees. Customs policies vary greatly among countries, please contact your local customs office for more information. NOTE: In an event that a customer of Supreme Fulvic, LLC refuses an international shipment or refuses to pay any such incurred importation fees the customer shall be solely responsible for paying any and all return shipment costs to Supreme Fulvic, LLC.Please note that customers are 100% responsible for providing us correct and deliverable shipping addresses.
